Pultrusion is the process whereby FRP plastic materials are manufactured with a constant cross-section. It is a proven method that produces high-quality composite structures with unlimited length capacities. Pultrusion products are most often found in rods, bars, channels, pipes, tubes, and more.

Apart from the existing safety measures implemented to this system, the FRP structure’s lightweight, durable and non-electrical conductivity properties enables users to operate on them safely.

The TRUFAB® System also come in various shapes, such as Hollow, Channel, Angle, Beams, Tubes, etc. The structural profiles are meticulously designed to possess excellent mechanical properties. Different resin systems have also been selected to meet specific chemical/corrosive conditions.

UV-resistance and, fire retardant standards, such as ASTM E84, BS 476, and UL-94 are also available upon request. These are standard tests administered to materials/structures to determine their surface burning characteristics, and they also assess whether the material/structure is suitable to be used as a fire deterrent.
